Oh my god career choices
I want to do what Jane Goodall has done with chimps, but with farm animals. Is that even possible?
I mean, I need to do what I’ll enjoy rather than what my parents would find acceptable, and I want to be surrounded by animals. I’d thought I could do law but I really can’t see myself in it when my passion is animals. I’d love to study cow’s personalities and emotions and use that to help them. Anything like that. Animal behaviour. I don’t know. Caring for and understanding animals, but in a challenging context like scientific research.
My career’s advisor is going to murder me, but screw that. Why do law if my heart isn’t in it? I’ll have to re-do my personal statement but I don’t think I even care any more. I was taking a year out anyway - I think I need it though. Help.
