I think I figured out why I didn't lose weight...
Reason one, I am gaining muscle and losing fat simultaneously. Very likely, seeing as in my progress pictures, I am visibly thinner, but only weigh about 4 pounds less.
Reason two, my net calories are lower than I thought. Turns out POP Pilates burns a BOATLOAD of calories. Like, as much as vigorous callisthenics, and I do it every other day. Basically that means my net calories are 200+ less...

So, I need to learn not to be so hard on myself.
Got extremely pissed off earlier whilst doing ab exercises. My core muscles suck like hell, and it makes any other exercise harder because that’s where your strength comes from. When I specifically do ab exercises, I die. No joke. (Speaking of, if you know a good way to strengthen your core please let me know!)
